Storage Architect

For a Leading IT Services company based out of Bangalore

Mandatory:

·         Overall 10+ years of Experience with BE/Btech. 

·         Development or Testing experience in Storage Domain, with sound knowledge on SAN/NAS technology. 

·         Strong in File system and device driver/Unix internals area.

·         Should have good debugging skills in OS and Storage related technologies.

·         Should have sound knowledge on Clustering/Backup Restore/Archiving/ Health Care/Multimedia areas of Storage.

·         Candidate must have good hands on File system, understanding the storage and Backup/Restore environment.

·         Creating test strategy

·         Mentoring the teams and Providing technical solutions to various Independent Software Vendor's associated with our Storage. 

·         Should be able to communicate and work with remote team members by providing necessary guidance.

·         Should be able to estimate and provide solutions to the issues encountered in the area of work.

·         Should have strong QA knowledge and will be responsible for the quality of the product.

·         Should  have good tactics to minimize the efforts and provide various solutions that can be utilized.

·         Should have good experience in storage bench marking tools.

·         Candidate should have good knowledge to analyze and communicate to client on things that can be automated and that cannot be.

Nice to have:

·         Experience in HP Servers /Storage technologies

·         Debugging skills in multiple  Operating Systems, who has good understanding in providing Solution architect.
