Technical Architect - Lotus Notes, ASP.Net, C#, SharePoint

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for Support of Enterprise Level Application using Lotus Notes

Responsible for development and support of Enterprise Level Web Application using MS Technologies

Experience: 6 – 9 years

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         You would be responsible for the overall technology architecture and technical quality of the solution. You should understand the business problem and assimilate functional and non-functional requirements for the project/system. You should translate requirements into technical design and evolve the system architecture.

·         Develop new applications and modify existing applications written in Lotus Notes in use and analyze, review, and alter program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

·         Support and maintain a broad range of existing Lotus Notes & Domino applications by integration & connectivity with other databases. These applications are widely used for workflow management, integration of multiple offices, knowledge sharing, performance evaluations and dashboards.

·         Should be able to Migrate the Content from Lotus Notes to SharePoint Using Custom Programs or standard of the shelf Migration Utilities

·         Develop new applications and modify existing applications written in SharePoint, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net and related technology.

·         Adapting and quick learning of various upgrades to the base technologies and exploring those for meeting business requirements. 

·         Consult & coordinate with end-users to analyze and understand user needs, objectives, desired features, and input and output requirements.

Skill Set

·         Hands-on technical experience with a record of strong individual technical achievements in Lotus Notes and Microsoft technologies.

·         Experience developing Lotus Notes and Domino applications for Notes client Intranet/Internet applications and Portals (Web based).

·         Experience in design and development experience in C# and ASP.NET and a thorough knowledge of the .NET Framework and associated technologies such as IIS, Web Services

·         Strong skills in OOAD, OOP, RDBMS and the ability to apply these skills to real-world applications.

·         Database Development experience with SQL Server in creating database objects like Stored Procedures/ Views/ Queries/ Triggers etc.

·         Candidate must be a self-starter with an advanced knowledge in application development and experience in developing in and supporting web enabled applications.

·         Excellent communication & documentation skills

·         Familiarity with current infrastructure architecture and Windows Server environment.

·         Strong experience in all phases of the system development lifecycle including planning, analysis, design, construction, testing, and support

·         Adept at implementing IT best practices and adhering to methodology. 

·         Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be well organized.

·         Must have strong problem solving skills.

Additional

·         Exposure to SharePoint out-of-box features and experience in developing Web Parts, Event Handlers, Features etc. using the .net Technologies

·         Exposure to XML, XSLT, JavaScript

Desired Profile:

 

·         At least 2.5 yrs to 5 yrs relevant experience in SAP EH&S.

Designated role calls for individuals with a sound experience of at least 3 years in actively engaging corporate customers to conceptualize, design and execute direct marketing or BTL marketing programs such as campaign management, lead generation programs, loyalty and CRM programs, database management, event management and activation. The candidate is expected to have excellent communications skills and presentation skills. The candidate will be required to interact with marketing heads and senior marketing professionals in this role.

Reporting to lead direct marketing, this candidate is expected to be a self-starter and will be operating on its own in a given region. 

Location: Mumbai & Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Engage marketing professionals in leading corporate who has direct or indirect need to innovatively reach out to end customers through direct marketing or BTL marketing mediums

Ø  Own revenue targets for a given region by presenting monthly revenue forecasts and maintain steady revenue pipeline

Ø  Actively source new business opportunities through identifying new business prospects

Senior Hardware Design Engineer

For a leading company in information technology and consulting services, based out of Bangalore

Experience: 7 – 15 years

Required Skills:

·         Domain experience in railway, other transportation or safety critical industrial automation verticals.

·         High-speed FPGA design using VHDL (Xilinx and/or Altera) and performing simulations in ModelSim.

·         Digital FPGA filter design experience and high-speed communications protocols (SFPDP, Ethernet, etc), including MATLAB simulation.

·         Proven experience in hardware board design with various micro-controller/Processor/Power-Pc architectures.

·         Proven experience in analysis of various design criteria like timing, thermal, worst-case, and AC / DC analysis.

·         Proven experience of working to organizational and industry specific standards such as ISO, CMM, CENELEC, IE61508.

·         Excellent business skills such as analytical and decision making, leadership (coaching and technical guidance), self-initiation and motivation, multi-cultural and cross-functional team playing, communication (listening, analyzing and interpreting), and time management.

Responsibilities:

·         Performing RTL design, synthesis, timing closure and analog behavior modeling for next generation mixed-signal.

·         Independently resolving all levels of bugs and problems in several areas and designing complete fixes for systems problems, including managing multiple product bug lists, as necessary.

·         Preparing, analyzing and evaluating diagnostic programs to ensure correct functionality of operational requirements, including optimizing implementation for better performance and maintenance.

·         Establishing the testing strategy and methodology by applying testing knowledge effectively with more focus on the system and test quality, and automating the test processes to help test more efficiently.
