Senior Software Engineer/ Lead Software Engineer

Requirements:

·         Mandatory skill-set: Java, J2EE, Spring OR Hibernate, JSP, Servelts and Web logic

·         Possess good experience developing web application, Web Forms and Enterprise Workflows

·         Possess good experience developing application for the enterprise service bus (ESB) software architecture model. Development of Enterprise Service Bus applications in order to support the integration of custom-developed applications.

·         Experience in integrating Enterprise Content Management solution

·         5 - 7 years experience in systems analysis, design, programming and project management with knowledge of one or more of the following technologies:

    J2EE

    Weblogic Application Server, Elixir, MySQL DB, LDAP, MQ Series and iPlanet Web Server

    JBoss Application Server and  SOA Platform.

Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

·         Communicate, influence, persuade and lead by example, the core values of the company

·         Manage the full SDLC of one or more concurrent projects independently, including resource planning, timeline, checkpoints and cost to ensure timely and quality delivery of services to customers (internal and/or external)

·         Recommend project approach and technology/tools to be used

Job Description:

As an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers who are working to implement VMware ESX Server and related products.

Responsibilities:

·         Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail

·         Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting

·         Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems

Requirements:

-        Experience in providing Linux/UNIX and Windows technical support to customers

Role Overview:

·         As a Culture and Communication Specialist : You will analyze the quality of service in voice and written customer interaction (primarily with respect to language and intercultural communication) and deliver effective learning solutions for intercultural and language learning needs.

·         You will be a member of a culturally diverse language team for Microsoft India GTSC in Bangalore. You will support highly skilled engineers in language and soft skills training through quality monitoring of their calls and emails with professional and premier customers who use Microsoft products.

 

Responsibilities:

Learning needs analysis:
·         Analyze quality of technical and customer support in terms of language and intercultural competencies for phone calls, emails, and chat messaging.  
·         Develop coaching and learning plan in line with data on staff performance and consultation with managers.
·         Keep accurate, up-to-date records.
·         Use appropriate assessment tools (training provided where needed).
Coaching:
·         Coach staff one-on-one or with small groups of trainees.  
·         Assess needs in conjunction with key stakeholders and performance data, and define objectives and learning plan.
·         Individuate instruction and materials based on learner or group needs.  
·         Prepare coaching sessions in line with best practices for intercultural and language learning.
Learning solutions:
·         Analyze needs, design, and deliver training courses and workshops for delivery.
·         Train staff in core training modules and workshops for communicating effectively across cultural and linguistic differences in English with a diverse customer base.
·         Evaluate staff progress and complete all reporting requirements as needed.

Support Engineer - Biztalk

The Role

The BizTalk Support team will be responsible for delivering support for the customers. Utilizing knowledge of the customer environment, they will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution focusing on root cause analysis, prevention, and knowledge transfer. They will effectively manage cases and sub-cases to ensure timely and high quality communication with customers and resolution of all issues.

Responsibilities:

·         Communicate with the enterprise customers via telephone, email, and other electronic communications regarding problems.

·         Analyze problems by using trace analysis, source code, and other sophisticated debugging tools and develop solutions to meet customer needs; may involve writing custom code.

·         Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

·         Write technical articles and sample programs for Microsoft's knowledge base

Candidates Profile

·         Strong knowledge and experience in .Net Framework, BizTalk Server.

·         Good knowledge gained from experience in .NET programming(C#, ASP.NET, VB.Net) and database technologies (SQL Server)

·         Experience with Orchestrations, Pipelines, EDI, MSMQ

·         Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems and networking is required

·         Microsoft Certified technology Specialist: BizTalk Server would be an added advantage.

·         MCP Certified in at least one of the Microsoft Programming Technologies is an added advantage

·         Experience of at-least 2 years in the technical environment mentioned above is desirable.
