Windchill Developer

Requirement:

Multi-faceted role that involves the analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of PTC’s Windchill Product Development System, and that leverages other evolving IT technologies and business solutions that target Product Engineering, R&D, QA, Manufacturing and other related business areas.
Technical Skills:

Sharepoint System Admin

Summary of Position

Configure and maintain SharePoint/Application Server/Other solutions including management of application infrastructure, portals, sites, services, and applications. Monitor SharePoint/Application Server/Other solutions and implement preventive and corrective actions to fix or prevent problems. This position is responsible for day to day operations and administration of the SharePoint/Application Server/Other platform.

 

Key Requirements:

·         Must have administration experience with a big firm architecture management.

·         Create SharePoint Web applications

SQL Server DBA

Summary:

Efficient and effective management of the Microsoft SQL Server environment in Corporate IT is a key component to safeguarding and providing access to key information for users and Corporate IT systems. Key Responsibilities:

Operations Engineer - Messaging

Mandatory: Messaging, Active Directory, exchange 2000/2003/2007/2010 administration, BlackBerry 5.0 Server management, Symantec Enterprise Vault 8.0, MCSE – Exchange 2003 certification

Job Role Description:

·         Work in shifts 24x7, typically rotating weekly

·         Ensure escalations local support /service Desk and cross team service providers are handled well and on time (handling Incident and Events as per agreed SLA P1, P2 etc).

·         Responsible for  solving complex issues on EV,BES ,Exchange and OCS through  Incident and event management

·         Incident management on Messaging systems (server and client )

·         Servers located in 13 sites and  messaging users spread across 50 locations -24/7

·         To document WINS/SOP/Documents/How to's

·         To Build and maintain Knowledge Base for the NOC

·         Will be a member of Service Restoration Team (SRT) during an emergency situation

·         Testing and implementing application related patches and service packs

·         Responsible for smooth operations as a team player

·         Use monitoring tools such as HP SIM, Microsoft MOM, Nagios and other SNMP tools such as CiscoWorks, MRTG, Solarwinds to review alerts about the infrastructure and take corrective actions
