Accelerate Manager

Work Location: Bangalore, India

 

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage requests from the North American Sales Services team and manage the appropriate capacity with the Bangalore team to support them.
• Create weekly reporting for team accomplishments and in progress activities, as well as raise issues to management team.
• Provide day-to-day direction to the team to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with North American counterparts to look for opportunities to improve processes and deliverables.
• Create a repeatable onboarding program for new team members
• Mentor and onboard new team members.
• Foster and develop a collaborative environment
• Provide input into goals and objectives for the team as well as provide feedback on their performance
• Record and spread best practices within and outside the team

Requirements:
• Extensive management experience leading teams in a large and fast paces corporate environment that support North American Sales teams.
• Bachelors degree and 10 years experience as a Business Analyst - data collection, peer analysis, data analysis, and compelling results creation)
• 10+ years of high-tech/ consulting expertise
• Record of Managing building/maintaining strong internal teams
• Ability to individually direct and orchestrate large, multi-stakeholder engagements with tight constraints on delivery time
• Advanced level skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced level of skills in data analysis and interpretation
• Strong attention to detail and delivery esthetics

Nice To Have:

• Masters of Business Administration
• Individually manage multiple opportunities and changing priorities
• Experience in successfully leveraging online collaboration tools
