Skills Required:
- Excellent communication with ability to communicate at all levels.
- Should be able to respond fast to users and business partners
- 2-6 years experience in IT
- At least 1-2 years experience in production support for web portals or web sites or content management.
- Should be able to work in shifts including Night shift; if required as per business need.
- Oracle/SQL queries
- LDAP awareness
- Awareness about Unix & operation level commands
- Awareness about production support processes in general and Incident/problem in particular.
- Open to work in rotational shift including night shift
