Inside Sales Executive-Hosting Solutions

Objectives      

·         To sign up Mid market prospects for a time-bound free trial of Microsoft Online and Hosting solutions

·         To convert already signed up customers for a paid per month subscription package

·         To create opportunity pipeline that results in full quota attainment

·         To create and execute daily calling plans as an essential pipeline step to achieve subsidiary Midmarket Revenue (Telesales role will execute a Midmarket customer reach plan through generating qualified sales opportunities for Client and Client’s partners)

·         To position partners and field sales engagement successfully with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Responsible for generating Microsoft Online and Hosted Solutions pipeline of qualified opportunities that will feed the partners

·         Responsible for verifying and maintaining data in Siebel

·         Able to identify opportunities that meet Client’s financial parameters and customer needs through matching the best fit for customer and implementation with the best fit MS partner

·         Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement and convey the benefits of hosted solutions vis-à-vis deployed applications

·         High degree of knowledge of hosted solutions and License/Services offerings, with a strong ability to communicate software and hosting messages

·         Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point

·         Achieves Midmarket revenue and customer satisfaction goals

Key Metrics   

·         Pipeline size, aging and quality (from Siebel)

·         Free trial sign up

·         Revenue growth

·         Midmarket customer reach

·         Signing up subscriptions with customers through a package deal

·         Customer Satisfaction

Required Skill Set

·         2 –3 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales

·         Local language fluency

·         Fluent oral and written English

·         Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills

·         College degree – preferably in Business or IT

·         Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.

·         Account Management experience preferred

·         Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
