Inside Sales Account Manager

For a leading BPO in Gurgaon

 

Job: Outbound/Inbound Telesales – Voice

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

v  Dedicated Telesales resource is responsible for managing Medium Business segment customers in a territory

v  Responsible for creating a qualified opportunity pipeline that results in full Target attainment. - Update all the activities in Siebel

v  Sales and Up-selling of software products, Licensing and Anti-Piracy services

v  Provide information to small and medium sized business customers (potential customers) on software products, Licensing and Anti-Piracy services

v  Update knowledge of customers product line and service offerings, current products and technologies

v  Able to identify customer sales which results in generating qualified opportunities and drives customer loyalty

v  Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate solutions on the phone

v  Interact and follow-up with Partner Account Managers & channel partners.

v  Ensure proper escalation procedures.
