Senior Engineering Director/ Engineering Director

Senior Engineering Director/ Engineering Director needs to be technical leaders and motivators who are comfortable leading teams in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail oriented with experience working in a fast-pace software development environment.

Required Skills:

·         Java web development experience on large scale, high-volume sites or web applications.

·         Good knowledge of Core Java concepts.

·         Experience in at least three of these skills: Spring 3.0 (core, MVC, aop), Hibernate, jQuery, JMS, Webservices, memcached, MongoDB, SOLR.

·         Experience with "faster, lighter" Java tools including Refactoring IDE's, Spring, Hibernate and other open source technologies.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications:

·         10+ years of relevant hands-on technical management experience of software engineers.

·         Bachelor / Master’s degree in CS/ME/IT/related technology (IIT’s, REC’s, BITS, etc preferred).
