SCCM Consultant

Mandatory Technical Skills:

−    System Center Configuration Manager 2007 and 2012

−    System Center Operations Manager 2007 and 2012

−    Active Directory 2003, 2008,2013

−    Networking Skills

−    MDT 2010, 2012,2013

Technology Requirements:

−    A bachelor's degree or BE, B.Tech or Equivalent experience.

−    Have one or more of the following certifications; MCSE, MCSA, MCITP on Latest versions

−    Must have a proven record of delivering technical solutions

−    Minimum 3 years of experience in planning, sizing and deployment of one or more of the following cutting Edge technologies, Active Directory, DNS, System Center Configuration Manager, System Center Operation Manager and Networking.

−    Highly proficient & solid Customer facing Project experience involving technical consulting, and deployment in one or more of the areas mentioned above

−    Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or beyond

−    Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007 and 2013, Microsoft System Center Operation Manager 2007 and 2012 and other products of System Center Family Suite.

Responsibilities:

·         Candidates must have an understanding of customer and partner business and IT environment, and have demonstrated skills designing and developing technology in area(s) of specialization to solve business problems.

·         Ability to understand and analyze issues and uses judgment to make decisions.

·         Strong communication /Presentation Skills

·         Should be able to work on Technical design, development and implementation decisions on the use of technology in area(s) of specialization.

·         Ability to read, interpret and/or develop Technical specifications, diagrams and database schema

·         Should be aware of Microsoft Competitive Products and there features.

·         The candidate would be responsible for Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager and System Center Operation Manager solutions for Managing Desktop and Server.

·         The Candidate would be responsible for creating end to end desktop deployment solution (Image engineering and Deployment engineering)

·         Key skills are DNS, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM and Networking.

·         The candidate would be responsible for assisting Onsite coordinator in Development of architecture & Design Documents (high level, low level) for new infrastructure solutions

·         Experience on various versions of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit for Desktop Deployment.

·         Experience in troubleshooting issues both at the client and server side.

·         Work with onsite coordinator to resolve L1 & L2 issues

·         Ability to configure SCCM and SCOM features

·         Knowledge of Windows XP. Windows 7 and Windows 8 OS

·         Knowledge of Image engineering and Deployment engineering and able to prepare end to end solution for desktop deployment

·         The candidate would be responsible for testing the different deployment scenarios

·         The candidate would be responsible to create deployment guides as a deliverable to the customer.

·         The candidate would be required to build internal IP that can reduce the cost, effort and time for any repetitive activities.

·         Create local prototype, or proof of concept, to test solution at customer or own site

·         Deliver engagements as technical subject matter expert.

·         Would be required to work in multiple shifts that includes night shifts
