Job Description
o Design, develop, direct and coordinate QA frameworks across the organization
o Collaborate with process, category, and other operations teams to come up with QC norms
o Drive quality initiative and continuous improvement as a way of life across the organization
o Experience in implementing Quality Management frame works like ISO9001, 2000,etc
o Design and implement internal audits
o Document and update the QC norms
o leading process compliance/process control/training
Skills
· Extensive exp. in Delivery assurance, Change management, Standardization, Process improvement, Metrics and transformations.
o Excellent mathematical and statistical knowledge
o Should be able to work with large numbers and have proven expertise in sampling techniques
o Attention to detail
o Analytical and metrics driven
o leadership experience and team management/cross functional team management
Education and Experience
o Should have Bachelors in one of the following, Masters would be desirable From Tier 1 college and university
§ Statistics
§ Mathematics
§ Engineering
o Experienced in setting up quality initiatives in large organizations
o Experienced in providing corrective and preventive measures in case of deviations
o Lead evaluator for Quality Management frame works like ISO9001, 2000, etc
o Experience in leading teams of quality engineers
o 7 years of relevant work experience
