Application Support Analyst

Requirements:

·         2 to 3 years of work experience

·         Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BCA/GNIIT/Any other Comp. Sc. related technical qualification

·         The candidate should ideally have experience in Financial Services. Experience within Asset Management industry would be advantageous.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Must have skills

    MS SQL and .Net is a must

 

Conceptual knowledge of following:

    Java,

    Java script,

    XML,

    XSL,

    HTML and

 

The use of various tools including MS Dynamics CRM, Eclipse, Subversion, Visual Source Safe and SQL Server Manager will also be required.

 

Responsibilities:

1)        Identify system problem trends, escalating to appropriate specialist departments to ensure prompt attention and resolution.

2)        Monitoring the support call queue ensuring calls are responded to and dealt with within agreed Service Level Agreement.

3)        The candidate should also have an exceptional attention to detail, client focused and should be support oriented.

4)        They must be able to work on their own initiative, and be comfortable discussing complex issues with clients.

 

The candidate is required to work very closely with the other members of the Client Service Support team, as well as specialist resources from other areas such as software developer, DBA's and system administrators.
