Lead Graphic Designer (Print/ Online domain)

 

Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate the production of ads and ancillary products between Advertising and HUB-ACS.

·         Produce ads for publication in print and online. Assist in the release of finished ads to prepress.

·         Control all information and materials exchange between clients, agencies, sales reps, and internal and external production teams.

·         All of these activities must be performed while adhering to the highest standards of quality and customer service.

·         The ability to solve problems and interact with sales staff and customers is imperative.

·         Providing creative and technical solutioning to the team of graphic designers on daily basis

 

Requirements:

Work Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Ad Production/Multimedia/Publishing Industry

 

Skill Set:

-        Must have working experience of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro (Mandatory). Flash, other applications used for online ad building (Preferable)

-        High creative and technical levels

-        Decent written and verbal Communication Skills

-        Must be able to cope with tight timeframes and work in a fast paced environment.

-        High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-        Good Knowledge of MAC platform.

-        Should be Confident, High on Energy and Innovative

-        Should  be able to work in a high pressure environment and for long hours

-        Leadership and Team handling skills.
