Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Responsibilities:

·         Compensation Policy:

~        Work on the strategy and design of the compensation policy guidelines of the Foundation. 

~        Review the structure of the existing compensation framework and recommend salary bands.

~        Conduct market surveys and ensure the right positioning of compensation.

~        Support the recruitment team with reviewing all offers to candidates for internal parity.

·         People Policies :

~        Review the people policies of the Foundation on an on-going basis, benchmark with the market, update existing and design new policies as required.

~        Actively support the implementation and management of the policies.

~        Ensure effective communication of policies to employees using various media.

·         Support the team on creation of appropriate people processes.

·         Actively support in Organization design, creating Job Descriptions and updating organization structure charts on an on-going basis.

Experience and Qualification:

·         HR qualification from a Tier1 or Tier 2 school is desired.

·         5 - 8 years of experience in HR with good knowledge of rewards and benefits approach and practices in a large organization

·         Should be conceptually strong in all areas of Human Resources and a working knowledge of Performance management, Compensation and benefits, Learning and development.

·         Professionals who have a keen desire to learn and who are willing to work in the social sector are welcome.
