Project Manager

Primary Purpose: The primary purpose is to oversee the relevant framework (for the areas of Testing & Process & Methodology) is fit for the purpose and to manage various resources (including human) to ensure the deliverables (i.e. testing, design work and user guides) are completed within agreed timescale, budget and quality criteria. 

Accountabilities

·         Overall accountable for the team who delivers the deliverables

·         Overall accountable for the team’s output

·         Overall accountable for success implementation of frameworks

Responsibilities

·         Strategize, design and manage the execution of project using industry standards of best practices and methodologies

·         Overall accountable for the deliverable

·         Improve and optimize the relevant frameworks

·         Evaluate and implement the appropriate tools and assets to aid production of deliverables

·         Collaborate with other project team managers to analyze project requirements and lead the team for the creation of deliverables

·         Review concerns/issues with the team and communicate with other project team managers to seek improvements

·         Perform the collection, collation, analysis of statistics, compile and share lessons learned, and follow up on improvements/corrective actions proposed

·         Source & recommendation the right technology to assist production processes

Requirement and experience

·         At least 10-15 years of relevant working experience (testing,) with at least 5 years in management role doing budget management & building teams

·         Experience in the full spectrum of system development work (ranging from requirement till implementation) as well as strong understanding of business processes.

·         Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Systems or equivalent 

·         ISTQB/ISEB (Advanced Level - Manager) and/or CSTE certification(s) is an added advantage

·         Usability Certification
