Function: HR Operations

Work Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

1.       Interface for HR policies/processes- for employees, managers & leadership

2.       Run processes – ex. company leased accommodation, company leased vehicles, administration of leave, exit process, transfer process, processes related to inducting new employees etc.

3.       HR transactions- supporting employees on various HR transactions

4.       HRIS & reports- maintaining data in the HRIS & reporting as required

5.       Induction of new employees- coordinating New Employee Orientation and coordinating with other functions for inducting new employees

6.       Coordinating with the Payroll team for running the payroll process

Candidate Specification:

1.       Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR. Would prefer a candidate who has had experience administrating some of these HR processes. Would be open to candidate with more years of experience also.

2.       The following would be crucial for success in this role:

a.       Ability to communicate effectively across diverse employee segments including leaders

b.       Ability to collaborate and work with people across groups

c.       An orientation towards processes & an eye for detail

d.      Ability to work without direct supervision- since this role holder would initially be the only person from the HR team in Bangalore- while they will be supported by the rest of the team based in Hyderabad
