Manager

Work location   : Gurgaon

 

Required:

·         Minimum 6+ years of experience in Business Research & Consulting with 3-4 years of relevant experience

·         A certificate/diploma in Public Governance/Administration (from IIPA, PRIA) would be preferred

·         Strong project management skills

·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

·         Client relationship management skills

·         Demonstrated ability in managing and training teams

·         Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills:

·         Should have prior consulting experience handling in assignments with Governments

·         Public Sector, bilateral/multilateral agencies

·         Exposure to social and development sector (including rural and urban settings),

·         healthcare and education sector dynamics would be an advantage

·         He/she should have made presentations to decision makers in the Government/Public Sector

·         Work experience in an offshore setting or with international clientele

·         Cross cultural and cross time-zone exposure

·         Candidate should have report writing skills (e.g. white papers, executive summaries etc.)

·         Should display a strong questioning mindset

·         Should have excellent Data interpretation and synthesis skills

·         Should have efficient Workflow management skills- managing multiple projects & deliverables

·         simultaneously, raising red-flags for both underutilization and overutilization etc

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Responsible for executing & delivering high quality business research solutions to global clients

·         and managing research teams. This includes understanding project specifications,

·         overseeing deliverable preparation and extensive client engagement.

·         Business development by continuous up-sell and cross sell of services to existing client base

·         Taking ownership of industry/set of clients

·         Responsible for professional development, coaching and evaluation of their assigned team members.

·         Firm-level responsibilities which can include, knowledge management, training, recruitment & selection, new product development, internal process development, expanding business capabilities and leading other organization improvement practices
