Senior Manager Employee Engagement

Requirements:

    Must have handled employee strength of minimum 1500.

    Graduate Mass communication / MBA – HR or PM & IR

    8- 12yrs in employee relations or generalist HR role

     Hands on experience in handling employee surveys (Formal / Informal)

Will be responsible for a headcount of 8000+ employees, smart dynamic, has strategic involvement in designing, implementing R& R, should have involved in Employee Retention, PMS

Responsibilities:

·         Design innovative methods to measure and analyze level of employee satisfaction

·         Design & implement employee engagement initiatives towards increasing retention

·         Track data with respect to employee promotion, attrition & Ideal strength of critical positions

·         Custodian of employee policies and refreshment of RnR programs.

Financial Indicators:

·         Notional cost retention.

·         Manage the Reward and Recognition and Employee engagement event budget

Customer Orientation:

·         Achieve the targeted the ESS score

·         Revalidate PMS and ensure  PMS compliance

·         Create a employer value proposition and Promote the organization as preferred employer.

·         Explore innovative channels of internal communication.

·         To boost employee morale through innovative welfare activities.

·         Network within the organization for feedback on employee initiatives

·         Identify avenues to build Corporate Social Responsibility activities

Process Indicators:

·         Design processes to manage feedback at all stage of the employee cycle ie recruitment, on boarding, growing within and manage exit cycle

·         Facilitating Exit and stay interviews & analysis of employee feedback and close the loop for feedback.

·         Conducting annual and need based  employee surveys.And address the and Analyze the engaging & disengaging factors

·         Ideate, conceptualize & propose initiative to improve satisfaction level.

·         Develop HR Practices & policies in conjunction with management pertaining to exit, Full & Final settlement.

·         Ideate actions to retain and motivate superior and critical talent in the organization.

·         Editor in chief of in-house newsletter 'Beantalkin'

·         Event Management of employee related activities and corporate get-togethers.

·         Prepare & present performance related report periodically to benchmark territories on following the employee engagement policies

Learning & Development:

·         Ensuring training & development activities for the growth of team.

·         Tracking the team performance & ensuring the periodical appraisals of the team.

·         Cross Functional Training.

Authority:

·         Content Selection for 'Beantalkin'.

·         Signatory on official correspondence to vendors except invoices & contracts

·         Vendor / partner selection and initial negotiation
