Sales Manager

Reporting to      : Regional Manager

Job Specification:-

·         Essential - Graduate , PG with professional qualification (MBA, MFC, CFA etc)

·         Minimum year of experience – 4-7 years of Industry Knowledge. Prior experience in Insurance / Financial Services industry with a good track record in Sales

·         Should be from Insurance Industry Only

·         Good Coordination and Interpersonal Skills

·         Fluent English with good Communication skills

·         Practical exposure of MS Excel and other MS office applications

Job Profile -

·         Responsible for meeting the assigned sales targets for the territory. Assess the market size and share, and sales potential to achieve targets.

·         Ensure timely implementation of all Sales processes

·         Manage, coach and provide guidance to the team of AIP’s and Sr. AIP’s, motivating them to meet business numbers. Monitor each AIP’s daily performance and compare it with the month's objective. Appreciate and reward performers. Provide guidance to under performers.

·         Ensure timely and need based training delivery for over all development of the team. Conduct reviews with AIP’s to build more effective communication, to understand training needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales performance.

·         Relationship Management with leaders in the region, through regular communication and problem solving initiatives.

·         Responsible for driving regional and national promo and marketing contests.
