Recruitment Manager

For an MNC in Gurgaon

Work Experience: 8 to 10 years

 

Job Responsibilities :

 

·         Implement recruiting and sourcing strategies with the product unit heads to ensure that they are in line with the business needs, recruiting policies and market positioning.

·         Ensure that the standard metrics for recruitment is being tracked and met for the client groups - cycle time, cost per hire, source, offer acceptances.

·         Coordinating & Liasoning with clients in regard to the hiring requirements and to understand the hiring parameters

·         Involved in end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to recruitment, including sourcing strategy for improving channel mix per hire

·         Leveraging External Vendors, Jobsites, Employee referrals, Internal Job Postings for optimum resource allocation to the businesses

·         Managing the hiring requirements for various clients

·         Analyzing and correlating different metrics for monitoring operational effectiveness and efficiency

·         Day-to-day relationship management with partners and business.

·         Hiring as per the plan based on the capacity forecast.

·         Team Management.
