System and Network Administrator

Requirements:

Java/ Senior Java Developer

Requirements:

·         Bachelors or higher degree or equivalent in computer science

·         At least 2+ years of strong core Java and J2EE programming experience

·         Must have worked in OOPS (Object Oriented Programming) and Multithreading/ Multithreads concepts in projects.

·         Strong on HLD/ LLD (High Level/ Low Level Design).

·         Understanding of Design Patterns (J2EE & GoF), not only on Factory and Singleton (as these are very basic design patterns), but structural/ behavioral as well.

·         Experience in frameworks like Spring, Struts, Web2.0 technologies (GWT/SmartGwt 2.x, ExtJS etc.)

·         Experience of building new applications and working on integration solutions

·         Experience of building large complex applications

·         Contributing at both a design and a development level

CRM Partner Technical Consultant

Requirements:

·         3-4+ years of experience in supporting / consulting customer, partners or technical service related roles 

·         In depth product knowledge on CRM 4.0, 2011 and newer versions of CRM.

·         Should have hands-on knowledge on install, deployment, migration/upgrade and integration scenarios with Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies is desirable on CRM.

·         Exposure on Demonstrating the product capabilities functionality on the core out of the box scenarios on sales, marketing and services.

·         Ability to understand the customer requirements and translate it back on how the same can be achieved in Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011

·         Good understanding on the design and architecture of CRM 4.0/2011

·         Customization experience will be an added advantage

·         Fair understanding on Microsoft Platforms like Windows Server 2003 or Windows server 2008 or SQL 2000 or SQL 2005 or SQL 2008 and Active Directory or Active Directory Federation Services or BizTalk or IIS or ISA.

·         An understanding on Exchange is a plus.

·         Build and sustain a relationship with the primary technical contact for the partner and ensure the highest level of satisfaction with respect to services and support programs offered by Microsoft

·         Provide best in class Pre-Sales services to partners by requirement gathering, scoping and deliver solutions by demos, POCs, Solution Architecture assistance, etc.

 

The position requires working in NIGHT SHIFTS and provides VOICE-BASED Consulting

Job Description:

·         Providing technical consultation to Microsoft Gold partners for end to end deploying, planning architectural guidance and best practices laid by Microsoft for Axapta.

·         Pre-sales and consulting.

·         Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases.

·         Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.

·         Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

·         Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.
