- Manage the Midmarket Telesales business including the team of Midmarket Telesales Representatives
- Represent Telesales Team in all interactions with Client
- Foster customer satisfaction
- Lead Midmarket telesales programs/campaigns, team structure, objectives and metrics
- Motivate and to manage the team to achieve agreed metrics
- Increase Client’s knowledge of its customers to enable Client to improve its offerings and relationship
- Ensure use and maintenance of appropriate systems to capture customer data in a timely and accurate manner
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for sales team management and quota achievement
- Defines quota for each Telesales Representative jointly with Client
- Conducts strategic business process management
- First escalation point and coaching tutor for Telesales Representatives
- Generates ideas and defines strategies to achieve business and customer satisfaction goals
- Implements Client’s Sales Model in the telesales area for opportunity management
- Defines, executes, analyzes and reports daily operation
- Serves as communication channel between Account Managers and Client
- Participates in periodic meetings with Client to follow up business and define action plans
- Presents results of team performance to Client, including business analysis of highlights and lowlights and action plan to exceed goals
- Develops and maintains a high motivated and trained team
Required Skill Set
- Total Exp: 6+ years
- 3 –5 years sales experience preferably in IT and/or Telesales
- Fluent oral and written English
- At least 2 years experience in managing sales teams, preferably telesales teams
- Familiarity with issues & challenges related to Medium Businesses.
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Experience and understanding of the IT industry preferred
