·         Hands on experience testing mobile portal applications

·         Should have spent time *testing mobile applications* on various devices/handsets and emulators

·         Should have a reasonable understanding of the frameworks used to develop mobile applications

·         Should be aware 3 and N tier architectures

·         Knowledge on releasing mobile applications to market place and its release process

·         Strong understanding of WAP testing and web based testing

·         Strong testing fundamentals, specifically

ü  UI testing

ü  Functionality testing (System, regression, sanity, smoke)

ü  Fundamental knowledge on testing web services is desired

ü  Testing life cycle

·         Knowledge on Agile methodologies is preferred

·         Should be aware of QA release process

·         Good analytical skills
