Job Description (Position Profile)
· Play the role of a key recruiter for the onsite team recruiting for Microsoft US.
· Good understanding of the recruitment process
· Good understanding in Microsoft technologies and the ability to screen resumes and understand the requirement
· Independently responsible for sourcing candidates and creating a candidate pool of qualified resumes
· Using all avenues to seek the right candidates.
· Effectively discuss technologies with the candidate and identify the right position for the candidates profile
· Excellent planning/implementation skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-task and prioritize effectively
Educational Qualification
· B.S. in Computer Science preferred, but not required
Special Skills
· Self-starter, with an assertive & persuasive attitude.
· Confident in their abilities
Critical Requirement
· Working together as a team to achieve a common goal.
· Flexible working hours – should be open to working in shifts.
· Late nights to cover the different Time zones in the US.
Additional Requirement
· 3 years recruitment experience with a solid (hands-on) exp. in Microsoft and other technologies
