Job Description

As an Enterprise Technical Support Engineer, will provide technical support to customers who are working to implement VMware ESX Server and related products.

Responsibilities

·         Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail

·         Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting

·         Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems

·         Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base

·         Help test alpha and beta products

Requirements

·         Experience in providing Linux Or Windows technical support to customers

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Description:

·         Conducting Internal audits; evaluating systems / procedures with a view to highlight the shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations .

·         Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts (Corporate) viz, journal, ledger, cash book and subsidiaries in compliance with time & accuracy norms.

·         Presenting a true and fair view of the financial position of the company by preparing financial statements viz, P&L Account, Balance Sheet and annual reports.

·         Preparation of various MIS reports

·         Ongoing scrutiny of Branch Accounts & Interaction with different vendors.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·         Schooling from English medium school and Graduation from reputed University under full time course; all with meritorious results.

·         Should have obtained at least 80% in Class X and Class XII.

·         Regular college (not through correspondence).

·         Should be presentable with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

·         Should have excellent core accounting knowledge ,direct/indirect taxation and experience in preparing statements for the purpose of joint-venture, collaboration, private-equity, loan funds, banks, etc.
