Perquisites:
· The ideal candidate will bring at least 12 years of experience in business leadership and client management from established BPO companies
· Must have Domestic BPO sales experience of 5+ years
Principal Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy formulation and implementation for the telecom business vertical
- Sales Target Achievement
- Account Management & Governance
- Industry and Market study
Key Result Areas:
- Responsible for all sales and business development for the territory & the business vertical assigned which are
- Client relationship management
- Responsible for driving revenues from the assigned markets across the entire opportunity management cycle.
- Client delivery assurance: ensure that the projects are executed according to client expectations within the parameters of the terms of contract.
- Taking Go-to-market solutions: work closely with the Solutions Leader to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope.
- Account Planning and Governance: responsible for all Client Management processes.
- Pricing decisions: responsibility of negotiations of Agreements with the clients.
- Pre-sales support for new business development
- Responsible for sales with focus on maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis, accurately forecast annual, quarterly revenue streams and actively manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Implementing sales promotions as a part of brand building/ market development effort.
- Tracking competitor activities/ providing valuable inputs for fine tuning the selling/ marketing strategies
