QA Engineer

Job Description:

 

Experience:  3 – 5 Yrs

·         Manual QA

·         Strong skills with software QA methodologies.

·         Proficient with the Web and Internet technologies, including QA experience with browser interfaces and Web servers.

·         Good understanding of HTML and XML technologies.

·         Hands-on experience with both grey box, and black box testing.

·         Develop and Execute test scripts for existing and future projects

·         Regression test incremental product releases through automated testing tools.

·         Cross-platform testing through all phases of the product development life cycle

·         Set up test environments, including OS, network configuration, proxy servers, etc.

·         Design, develop and improve test plans, test cases, and other department documentation

·         Prepare time estimates and schedule for testing activities
Identify, isolate, and document bugs clearly and concisely in the bug database

·         Experience with MSSQL.

·         Experience with defect tracking software.

·         Excellent ability to participate and cooperate in a team environment.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         BS in Computer Science or equivalent.

·         Web testing experience

·         Automation experience is a plus
