Design Engineer

For Gurgaon based MNC involved in Medical & Surgical Equipments business

Responsibilities:

• This person will need to work with surgeon customers and cross-functional folks across the company to drive concept/ product development projects by understanding gaps and needs and developing cost-effective solutions.
• This person is responsible for the success of all assigned projects and works within a cross-functional team across the organization

Skill Set:

Mandatory Skills with proven  experience        

·         3D CAD modeling experience (preferably in Pro-E)

·         Concept generation & Product Design & Development cycle experience

·         Generation of manufacturing 2D drawings

·         Project Management & documentation

·         Good Exposure to Manufacturing Processes

·         GD&T – Basics

·         Excellent Communication, Initiative, Drive, Ownership

Additional  Skills (added advantage)

·         Value Engineering

·         Testing prototypes

·         FMEA/Risk Analysis

·         Reverse engineering
