Sr Quality Engineer

For US based fortune 500 Company based out of Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

Advance Quality: New Product Development Project-

·         To work with NPD projects team with major responsibilities of Risk Analysis, design verification & validation tests, process development, process capability, MSA with the adherence of timeline of project.

·         Work with R&D team for the resolution of customer complaints

·         Process Validation/ PPAP – Audit of new supplier in projects & validation of supplier process.

·         QSIP: Quality system establishment at contract manufacturer end as per ISO 13485/21 CFR 820

Desired Profile

·         3 – 7 years experience

·         Experience with New product development/APQP/PPAP.

·         Exposure of GD&T, SPC tools, MSA, exposure of quality systems, working knowledge of problem solving tools.

·         Good in communication & analytical skills
