We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional Oracle Applications developer who will play a key role on our talented technical team assisting with maintaining and enhancing Stryker’s global human resources applications which includes Oracle HR, Benefits, Payroll and HR Self Service.

Individual contributor with exceptional intelligence, high integrity, good customer service orientation, good process focus, and good attention to detail; ability to turn functional specifications into technical specifications and secure, working code; strong competency in writing secure code and building secure functionality; ability to work with limited supervision; willingness to participate in off-hours calls (US time zones) as needed; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create technical specifications from functional specifications as needed
Implement security features and write secure code in large scale, complex projects
Collaborate and co-work with teammates around the globe
Collaborate with other system teams and vendors to create interface requirements as needed.
Maintain technical documentation as needed
Automate testing and support the team during testing cycles
Provide status reports as needed
Participate in project prioritization process as needed
Provide system support as needed
Design, development and enhancement of Oracle workflows as needed
Experience
Minimum 4 years experience in Oracle Applications technical is required.
Should have primarily worked on Oracle HRMS modules.
Functional experience on Oracle HRMS will be an added advantage.
SQL PL/SQL, experience required
Unix experience is a plus
Oracle forms and Reports is required.
Oracle HRMS technical experience is required
Oracle Fast Formula experience preferred
Oracle Workflow experience is required
Knowledge of Oracle Application architecture and system administration.
Knowledge of FTP, PGP and Oracle system security
Discoverer and/or OBIEE experience a plus
