·         Good communication Skills so that can interact with Sr Leadership position

·         Strong on Mainframe

·         Experience in Capacity Planning

·         Exposure on the management skills

·         Good with Statistical analysis, Cost Data Analysis, Reasoning

·         Can perform analysis in the production environment

·         Able to solve the performance issues (highly escalated issues)

·         Should be from Telecom domain with good exposure on Mainframe

·         Individual contributor role

·         Good in client management

·         Regular shift but extended working hours depending on the need

·         Architects/junior architects will be relevant

·         Experience: 7 – 12 years

·         Work location: Chennai, Pune, Bangalore
