Responsibilities:
· Create content for HR collateral, newsletters, mailers and more in consultation with the Marketing Communications team
· Coordinate employee feedback for communications purposes and incorporate suggestions into communications
· Work with executive team and management to build engaging communications solutions and content
· Organize material and complete writing assignment according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology
· Solve a wide range of complex problems related to creation and maintenance of documentation sets in creative and practical ways
Requirements:
− Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (e.g., English, Communication, Journalism, Human Resources, etc.)
− 8-10 years of total experience (preferably HR) with 4-5 years of copywriting experience
− Experience of writing for global audience, enthusiasm and creativity are a must
− A self-starter who is able to deliver assignments on deadline with limited oversight and direction
− Keen attention to detail and the ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment
− Ability to write quickly, accurately and well
