Business Analyst – Property & Casualty
· Excellent communication skills both written and oral with proven ability to communicate at all levels
· Good time management skills
· Technical skills, to include technical configuration, systems analysis, testing and technical support, if applicable.
· Customer focus and relationship building skills
· Knowledge of industry best practices associated with the process
· Knowledge and understanding of how an internal IT department can act as a service provider
· Reasonable technical understanding and an ability to translate technical information
· Ability to analyze, define and specify customer requirements
· Ability to work effectively under pressure
· Ability to influence and negotiate
· Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a business analyst or business process analyst
· Property and Casualty Insurance Experience is must
· Total Experience: 10+ years
· Base Location: Chennai/Bangalore (Long term Onsite opportunity to Canada)
