The role is that of a Tele- Sales Manager who would be engaging existing and new customers telephonically.
- Objectives: To reach out to existing customers in the Architecture, Construction and Engineering industries for cross selling and up selling Autodesk products and solutions
- Reach out to new prospects to access their current design applications in use, current need for design applications, provide suitable software applications from Autodesk
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage new prospect and existing customers to cross sell, up sell and offer solutions and products from Autodesk
- Responsible for verifying and updating data
- Able to identify opportunities that meet customer’s financial parameters and customer needs through matching the best fit for customer and implementation with the recommended channel partner
- Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement and convey the benefits of Autodesk solutions vis-à-vis deployed competitor’s applications (if any)
- High degree of knowledge of CAD, License/Services offerings, with a strong ability to communicate design software
- Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point
- Achieves revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Required Skill Set & education background
- Location: Gurgaon
- 2 –3 years sales (or telesales) experience preferably in design software sales, architecture and engineering design applications
- Fluent oral and written English and Hindi
- Organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Diploma or degree in architecture or engineering
- Familiarity to and working knowledge of AutoCAD must
