This position is responsible for conducting audits and checking performance levels along with the volumes processed by the team. Is also responsible for performance development and capability building. Ensures team performance as per agreed standards service level agreement with the stakeholder.
Accountabilities:
a) Employee Relations
· Maintaining cordial employee relations.
· Adherence to policies and procedure
· Generating HR related MIS reports
· Ensure effective Stakeholder management
· Ensure grievance redressal machinery is effective in resolution
· Effective in handling conflict situations
· Ensure compliance
b) Attrition Management
· Retention control and movement management
· Manage voluntary attrition within agreed limits.
· Responsible for exit interview analysis & action plan
· Conceptualization of employee retention program through different initiatives.
c) Employee Engagement
· Employee Communication/ skip levels/Rewards and Recognition Programs
· Ownership of division wide and manager specific action plans based on analysis of employee
opinion survey
· Provide support in alignment of business and people strategies through appropriate advice /
interventions in HR products/policies/processes and HR Risk, Statutory and Compliance management.
· Ensure adequate efficiency of the Rewards and recognition programs
· Responsible for planning and execution of monthly divisional communication and engagement
initiatives.
· Managing high visibility programmes such as HR Forums, Fun @ work, Employee connect
programmes and employee communications.
· Partner with the business in new employee’s experience Survey/ Employee Polls and contribute to
analyze the results and drive initiatives based on the findings. Must have conducted employee engagement surveys based on Gallup’s Q12 model
· Planning and execution of Employee Communication System through News Letters, Town Halls,
Road Shows etc
· Inspiring and energizing people to own the company by helping them achieve their potential and
growth aspirations
d) Performance Management and Career Development
· Career planning & building a performance culture. Promotions/Advancements
· Own organizational capability planning for supervisors & above, review and implement with
divisions head.
· Own the IJP process
· Building & maintaining the right structure and organizational design to support organization
strategy and design
· Review existing HR Policies and partner with key stakeholders in aligning business needs and
people strategies through effective interventions to improve HR Service excellence across the organization
· Lead the implementation of effective performance planning, management and appraisal
programs.
· Evaluate policies and processes for performance effectiveness in terms of costs, quality and
delivery to meet budget and business requirements and in line with industry best benchmarks
e) Training & Development
1. Work with Ops managers and Division head to do TNI for the group
2. Effective in facilitation of the TNI and program offered mapping and delivery
· Support the line manager and team members (training/coaching) as required
· Ensure that agreed timescales are adhered to; and comply with regulatory requirements where applicable
· Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
· Facilitating and leading organizational transformation and change
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
· Ideal candidates should be a MBA in HR from reputed institute, should possess
· 8-10 years of relevant experience of Business HR in a leading ITes organisations.
· Thorough understanding & exposure to process delivery. Capable of team management and work allocation. Should be able to challenge traditional and implement change management across.
· Exposed to Compensation benchmarking exercise
· Possess excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to think analytically and critically
· Exposure to HRIS systems (SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle)
· Exposure to Talent Acquisition/recruitment process.
