Associate Manager

Work Location                  : Noida

 

Responsibilities

·         Develop research protocols, analytical frameworks and crack tough business problems across respective verticals

·         Organize, analyze, synthesize and summarize information using appropriate analytical methodologies and frameworks

·         Would require extensive knowledge of major proprietary databases

·         Direct interaction with the client and eventually manage a client relationship – onsite visit opportunities exist for star performers

·         Be able to leave lead relatively simpler projects or modules of larger projects under the guidance of a Manager and manage workflow therein

·         Coach and mentor junior colleagues formally and informally

·         Take up firm level responsibilities like training

 

Candidate profile

·         3 – 5 years of experience in Business Research & Consulting

·         Strong business acumen

·         Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

·         Client relationship management skills

·         Impeccable verbal and written communication skills

·         The candidate needs to be a generalist, willingness to work on the various areas of research, mostly secondary, with elements of primary as and when required
