Key Skills:
- Proven experience in complex Reports, Dashboard and Scorecard design.
- Strong development Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services 2005/2008 and Performance Point Server 2007. Minimal 1 year hands-on SQL Server 2008, 3 years SQL Server 2005 and 1.5 years Performance point server 2007.
- Well versed in writing MDX queries, CLR procedure, advanced use of filters to drive interactive Dashboard, Trend/Banding logic, familiarity with PPS 2010, SharePoint.
- SSRS experience should include advanced expressions, sub-reports, advanced parameters, and experience with appropriate data visualization and design techniques.
- Understand the impact a process change might have on the system and be able to guide process definitions accordingly.
- Able to efficiently communicate technical needs and objectives.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Good to have:
- Programming with Transact SQL, .net and Windows Powershell.
- Administration of SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 Database Engine.
- Experience in planning system resource capacity for SSRS and PPS2007.
Desired Profile
- Strong & proven BI Developer experience
- Certification MCITP – Business Intelligence Developer, Performance point Server 2007;
- Tertiary qualifications in a technical or business discipline would also be an advantage
- Excellent communication & documentation skills;

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be well organized.
- Interact internally and externally on a daily basis to achieve department / work unit goals.
