· Maintaining Microsoft Windows servers.

· Authorize and drive test restores
· Capture service performance statistics for monthly reviews
· Review monthly problem management report
· Create a service performance and usage report
· Respond to escalation requests
· Attend CCB meeting
· Attend L4 calls on wintel issues involve vendor if needed.
· Handle AMC related activities like renewal, negotiation etc.
· Administration, Support maintenance of Active Directory.
· Support & maintenance of Windows servers (internal team).
Office Communicator / Unified communications
· Maintaining Communicator infrastructure.
· Review Monthly backup
· Monitor backup success rate
· Authorize and drive Changes
· Capture service performance statistics for monthly reviews
· Review monthly problem management report
· Create a service performance and usage report
· Respond to escalation requests
· Manage Federation.
· Approve backup, Restore, capacity enhancement, architecture revamp, & AMC renewal.
· Support & maintenance of UM devices & servers (internal team).
· Monitoring & Compliance
· Maintaining SCOM & SCCM servers.
· Review Monthly backup
· Authorize and drive patch deployment.
· Capture service performance statistics for monthly reviews
· Review monthly problem management report
· Create a service performance and usage report
· Respond to escalation requests
· Involve vendor if needed when the issue cannot be resolved.
· Handle AMC related activities like renewal, negotiation etc.
· Support & maintenance of SCCM & SCOM servers (internal team).
