Location: Pune

Reporting To:   Head – Franchisee Development

Reportees:

·         Area Managers/Territory Managers

·         Service In charges

Qualification: MBA in Sales and Marketing with BE (Auto or Mech) will be preferred but will not be a constraints.

Experience: 10-15 years

Preferred Industry: Pre owned/Used Cars, Automobiles

Job Description

·         Business head of the Zone

·         Achieving Annual/Quarterly/monthly sales volume and Profit Volume of the Zone

·         Deployment of Business Plan of the company across the Zone/Dealerships

·         Deployment of Company policies at dealerships across the Zone.

·         Deployment of Systems/Process at the dealership in the zone.

·         Planning and Deployment of monthly Volumes/activity to Area Managers.

·         Planning and Execution of promotional activities on monthly Basis.

·         Planning and execution of media and other communication activities across the zone.

·         Reporting and productivity of Area Managers/territory Managers

·         Deployment & Achieving of monthly product sale - warranty/Certification/ Finance/ Insurance.

·         Development of new Products along with products team as and when required.

·         Resolving of all issues predating to dealership operations.

·         Monitoring of Profitability, Stock-ageing, cost of dealership operation

·         Building business relationship with New Car Manufacturers/Financers/Insurance etc. at zonal level.

·         Building relationship with Key New Car Dealerships.

·         Building up long term sustainable procurement channels.

·         Overall collection of revenues to the company from the dealerships/financers/insurance.

·         Developing new tie ups and relationships to meet specific market requirements.

·         Planning and achieving of company’s dealerships network plan for the financial year.

·         Operationalization of new dealership.

·         Recruitment/training/development of Area Managers

·         Scheduling and execution of yearly Training program for Area Managers/Service in charge/Dealership procurement, sales, and support team.

·         Monitoring of warranty cases and claims.
