Senior Manager/ DGM Corporate Communications
For a leading (pioneer) Organization in automobile domain in Noida

Desired Profile:
Educational Qualification: MBA from a good institute / Diploma in Mass Communications from a reputed institute.
Work Experience: 8 to 12 years
Preferable industry background: Media background.
Nature of Experience: A journalist preferably with an Auto beat. Corporate communications, public relations, event management or journalism
Responsibilities:
· Drive strategic PR and media strategy for the group and its various verticals. Devise an integrated communications strategy to support the pre defined marketing and business objectives
· The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic, consistent and ongoing External and Internal communications programs to create and promote the company’s corporate identity, purpose, value and culture in adherence to the brand identity and attributes across all stakeholders internal and external.
· This person will be responsible for managing and measuring the effectiveness of all media releases and coverage across various print and electronic media
· Responsibilities include Reputation Management (Corporate Social Responsibility / Corporate Visual Identity), Media Relations (product launches, media announcements, events, Issues & Crisis Management, Company Financial Results), and Internal Communications (Business Continuity Planning and internal Ambassador Program me).
· Country-wide campaigns: Devise and implement communications campaigns through written communication across all internal stakeholders. Updating profile and content on company’s website, appropriate newsletters and liaises with company divisions to develop appropriate content.
· Financial media relations: corporate communications and investor relations, acts as local point of contact for all financial media relations, including securing journalist attendance at global financial results event.
· Develops the company’s corporate relationships with all print and broadcast media including joint ventures, partnerships, consumer (national and local) press.
· Event management: Oversight and management of key internal and external corporate events. This includes visits from VIP guests (government or key opinion leaders), appropriate government educational forums, collaborations with third parties or onsite staff gatherings (in collaboration with Human Resources.
