Skill Requirement

·         Client Interaction: Excellent Client handling capability at different levels

·         Pre-Sales & Solutions: Prior experience in handling Pre-sales, Solutioning and engaged in Sales cycle

·         Relationship: Ability to establish CXO level relationships and relate in consultative way

·         Management: Well developed management skills. Ability to assemble, direct, coach, motivate and coordinate pursuit teams, in different locations and from different parts of Apps BU and partner firms, engaged in multiple simultaneous sales initiatives

·         Project/Program/Budgetary Management: A strong background and proven track record in the construction and management of complex large scale projects/programs/budgets

·         Partner management: Strong partner management skills including inter-divisional, external business partner and supplier management skills in the services arena

·         Technology expertise: Strong appreciation and understanding of key current and emerging technologies, third party solutions and packaged software applications of importance to the global markets.

Role & Responsibilities

·         Own Pursuits end to end

·         End-end responsibility to drive deals, joint accountability with sales and delivery, set the strategic objectives, develops and executes winning strategy along with the Sales team.

·         To own and lead a pursuit focused on winning multi-sized deals in India.

·         Managing diverse teams both internally and externally and engaging key stakeholders to ensure successful closure of the deal.

·         Must have strong experience of Apps Delivery and Solution to Indian clients

·         Must have a worked on and closed outsourcing deals in the Indian market

·         Understand the workings and difference of Indian client in Tender, RFI, RFP process

·         Open to travel within India

·         Ensure client objectives and companies goals (revenue growth, margins, delivery feasibility) are met

Education / Certifications: Technical or Management degree from a reputed institute
