Senior Engineering/ Engineering Manager

Required:

·         Work Experience: 8+ years.

·         Solid software development skills with experience building software in Java.

·         Strong in algorithms and data-structures with good analytical/problem-solving skills

·         Experience driving software engineering best practices (e.g. unit testing, code reviews, design documentation)

·         Proficient in a Unix/Linux environment

·         Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to a technical and business audiences 

·         B.S./B.Tech/M.C.A from top universities/institutes (IITs, NITs etc).

Responsibilities:

·         Independently Design and architect new features using latest advancements in technology.

·         Understand and appreciate data-driven iterations on existing product features while using/enhancing platform capabilities

·         Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Other Engineering teams to build an ecommerce platform to be proud of.

·         Understand and appreciate the business and operational nuances to identify possible gaps and fill them.
