Associate Consultant Microsoft Dynamics Ax

Required:

·         Minimum 4 years of work experience.

·         AX 2009/AX 2012

·         Object Oriented Programming and Design experience

·         Morph X / X++

·         Good understanding of AX entity & Object model

·         SQL Programming and Query Tuning

·         SSRS Reporting

·         AIF, Workflows etc.

Optional Skills (Preferred):

·         Dynamics POS

·         Enterprise Portal/ SharePoint

·         .Net/C#

·         EDI

·         Dynamics AX ISV solutions

·         Industry vertical knowledge – Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, PSA etc.

·         Team Foundation Server and Dynamics AX integration

·         Education: BE/BTECH/MCA/BSC or equivalent

Competency/Capability/Experiences:

·         Ability to design solutions

·         Ability to estimate work packets/Projects

·         Technologically proficient

·         No Oversight required

·         Delivered 3-4 large implementations or equivalent

·         Played Dev lead/Track lead roles for 2-3 projects

·         Ability to lead a team

·         Uses creative ways to find solutions

·         Good  verbal & written communication skills

·         Able to identify performance bottlenecks and fix it

·         Is certified on   latest product at desired levels

·         Great Team Player

·         Ability to translate customer requirements in to solution design

·         Proficient in Delivery methodology (Sure Step Preferable)

·         Can plan  and organize delivery of solution
