Structural Lead Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for project reviews, project tracking sheets, conduct customer meetings etc.

·         Should lead a team engineers and designers and review the engineering calculations and drawings to customer standards

·         Should work on projects besides guiding team on the projects

Requirement:

−    Should have more than 12 years of hands on experience on both structural design and detailing of offshore structures (rigs / FPSOs) either brownfield or greenfield. Should be familiar with classification requirements for structural design and knowledgeable on shipyard fabrication processes (welding, lifting, transportation etc.). Experience in NORSOK standards would be an added advantage.. Should be good at customer interfacing , team management

−    Should have experience on any of technologies like, SACS, Staad Pro, ANSYS, Naval Architecture tools etc and familiar with AutoCAD.

−    Mandatory to have domain experience in: Oil & Gas OR Marine domain

−    Educational Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech (Mechanical) Mandatory.
