Quantative Analysis Manager

Specifically, the Quantative Analysis Manager will be responsible for the following:

·         Oversee a team of Quantative Analysts to support the Sales and Finance organizations in the development of complex data models and reporting tools in regards to the Company’s bookings.

·         Participant in the organization’s vision regarding business intelligence and the deployment of scalable, supporting toolsets.  

·         Analyze industry, competitive and Company trends and create relevant correlation analytics.

·         Develop rigorous analyses to evaluate key business issue and drivers.

·         Lead operation analytics to provide decision support that cover total addressable market, share of wallet and predictive modeling.

Requirements and Qualifications:

·         Preferable top tier MBA including IIMs, FMS and other reputed universities.  Degree in mathematics a plus.

·         Minimum of five years of relevant analytical experience.

·         Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct, interpret and link together complex variables in order to derive conclusions and recommendations.

·         Familiarity with statistical concepts including regression.

·         Ability to extract, transform and analyze extremely large datasets.  Proficiency with Oracle OBIEE a plus.

·         Ability to capture high level business requirements and translate into an end product that provides the desired results with reasonable business partner interaction.  

·         Ability to clearly communicate highly technical results and methods.
