Business Analyst

For one of the top 10 software companies based out of Pune & Bangalore:

·         Should be from Pharma industry with thorough understanding of Pharma lifecycle preferably from Clinical R&D, Sales and Marketing or Manufacturing division.

·         Should be familiar with some key products like FMEA-MED, KEYSTONES, BISNET, PLATEAU ELMS etc.

·         Detailed understanding of regulated environment needs and experience/exposure in world-class Pharma companies

·         Good understanding/exposure to IT environment and working packages in Pharma

·         Excellent communication skills and must be able to converse confidently on domain topics

·         Excellent understanding of business and their needs

·         Good networking abilities with senior management - externally & internally

·         Good Client facing abilities; should able to map/translate business requirements to system Requirements; knowledge on the best practices and possible products/applications around; Prepare client facing presentations 

·         Should have demonstrated capability of initiating gap analysis, comprehending and developing solutions and taking that to clients

·         Should have basic project managements skills
