Purpose:
Responsible for providing presales technical/functional support to prospective partners and customers
Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
- Provide support to team in solutioning and consulting and pitch development/ drafting support
- Able to articulate solutions features benefits, and advanced concepts.
- Need business and technical imagination to create unique solutions for our clients’ unique needs.
- Ensure that all costing inputs are acquired internal teams and external business partners, including hardware/software configuration & sizing, effort estimates, licensing, professional services, etc.
- Work with management in negotiation with vendors.
- Assist in conducting scoping of customer requirements, prepares technical proposals and conduct technical presentation and solution demos for customers.
- Conduct training support for account management and sales staff to equip them to sell our solutions & channel partners.
- Assist in preparation of marketing/sales collaterals and sales training kits with inputs from Corp Comms and business teams.
- Assist in conduct of pre- and post-sales studies and reports on eGovt areas of interest to (actual & potential) customers.
- Possess a great deal of cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Developing POC (Proof of Concept)/Prototypes
- Any other duties as and when assigned
Minimum Qualification/ Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Business Administration/ IT
- Frequent travel is expected
- Should have Experience on Java, J2EE or .Net skills
- Knowledge on new technologies as Oracle Fusion would be an advantage
