Required Skills:

Cognos Reporting Team Lead Profile

Individual will be a part of the dynamic team of highly talented individuals and will be encouraged to contribute ideas, learn, design and implement.

Key Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:

·         Hiring and managing a team of highly performing Cognos and JAVA Reporting Resources

·         Project management activities and ensuring compliance with the LRI SDLC

·         Play a significant contributing role in End User working sessions focus on the interaction with the Cognos layer

·         Having experience or knowledge on Cognos SDK, Cognos mashup services will be preferable

·         Experience in project planning and effort estimation techniques

·         Strong dimensional modeling skills required.

·         Experience with managing an offshore team of developers
