Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant

Requirements:

·         3-4+ years of experience in supporting / consulting customer, partners or technical service related roles 

·         In depth product knowledge on CRM 4.0, 2011 and newer versions of CRM.

·         Should have hands-on knowledge on install, deployment, migration/upgrade and integration scenarios with Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies is desirable on CRM.

·         Exposure on Demonstrating the product capabilities functionality on the core out of the box scenarios on sales, marketing and services.

·         Ability to understand the customer requirements and translate it back on how the same can be achieved in Dynamics CRM 4.0/2011

·         Good understanding on the design and architecture of CRM 4.0/2011

·         Customization experience will be an added advantage

·         Fair understanding on Microsoft Platforms like Windows Server 2003 or Windows server 2008 or SQL 2000 or SQL 2005 or SQL 2008 and Active Directory or Active Directory Federation Services or BizTalk or IIS or ISA.

·         An understanding on Exchange is a plus.

·         SharePoint developer experience would be a plus.

·         Exposure to LOB likes SAP, Oracle Financials, SIEBLE or IBM WebSphere would be star.

·         Current MCSE, MCDBA, MCAD, MCSA or other Microsoft Premier certification(s) in the technologies supported

·         Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies

·         Advanced technical problem solving skills

·         Experience delivering technical presentations

·         Excellent Communication Skills. 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Offering targeted technical engagements with Microsoft Gold and Silver Partners by identifying opportunities and providing services proactively

·         Organization/ Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Orientation Advisory guidance and Planning support to partners on Microsoft Solutions

·         Offering Partners Support Request Management by providing consultative services.

·         Acting as an Information Concierge by proactively offering security bulletin, white papers and other technical resources relevant to partner.

·         Build and sustain a relationship with the primary technical contact for the partner and ensure the highest level of satisfaction with respect to services and support programs offered by Microsoft

·         Provide best in class Pre-Sales services to partners by requirement gathering, scoping and deliver solutions by demos, POCs, Solution Architecture assistance, etc.

Requirements:

−    Looking for the good experience in ERP"s AXAPTA (Relevant 3 to 12 years) with at least 3 end to end implementations.

−    Hands on experience in Techno Functional/Administration either one of the above mentioned specialty

·         Responsible for efficiently managing the relationship with the customers and thoroughly documenting their cases.

·         Collaborate on cross-team and cross-product technical issues by working with resources from other groups as needed to resolve customer issues. Collaborate with Technical Leads and escalation resources when appropriate.

·         Participate in case triage meetings to share knowledge with other engineers and develop efficient customer solutions.

·         Working knowledge of pre-release products and take ownership for product improvement in key product areas.

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: NOIDA, India

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

·         The BDM will be responsible for direct sales as well as sales through resellers in the geographies allocated in the APAC and ANZ regions.

·         The BDM should be well versed with the complete sales process and will be responsible from lead generation to payment collection in the identified territories.

·         The BDM is expected to build a healthy sales funnel and close business based on assigned targets.

·         The job also requires prospecting and client relationship management.

·         The BDM will need to understand the eco-system in which Interra products play, and work closely with technology partners and other ecosystem players.

·         The BDM will need to work closely with Application engineering group, marketing team as well as product development team, in order to do a “holistic sales” job.

·         The job will involve domestic and international travel.

·         The BDM will be reporting directly to MD and will work closely with AVP/VP, sales and business development.

Major Responsibilities:

·         Direct revenue generation responsibility.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Trainer

Job Purpose:

Trainers are responsible for delivering new hire and continuing education classes to our front line employees, the Customer Service Executive (CSE).  They assume the role of a classroom facilitator, coach and supervisor.  Trainers demonstrate effective leadership skills through developing awareness and knowledge of Myntra values, customer service skills, computer skills, product, policies and procedures.

 

Responsibilities:

Facilitator:

−     Deliver/facilitate new hire training using the provided curriculum to newly hired customer service executives

−     Facilitate continuing education classes to existing CSE's for new products, services, customer service skills and market launches

−     Provide performance feedback to class participants in the classroom

−     Create and maintain a conducive adult learning environment for all participants, new hire or continuing education

−     Communicate with various departments within the organization including resource planning, human resources, quality etc.

−     Actively participate in Train The Trainer (T3) sessions as well as pilot sessions where applicable

−     Participate in companywide projects/assignments, which could include working on curriculum updates/revisions or travelling to assist with new centre launches

−     Attend quality calibration sessions regularly

−     Participate in New Hire process with operations and HR

 

Coach

−     Provide timely, accurate and effective feedback to CSE regarding job performance

−     Take escalated calls, approve adjustments and monitor CSE's for quality

−     Create CSE development plans geared to drive world class results
Supervisor

−     Complete administrative functions such as maintaining attendance, addressing disciplinary issues etc.

−     Partner with HR when initiating corrective action

−     Administer and grade paper evaluations for new hire classes and level 1 and 2 evaluations for continuing education classes

 

Requirements:

REQUIRED

−     Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline OR 10+2

−     Group presentation skills

−     Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision

−     Ability to build rapport with others and create a team environment

−     Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills

−     Ability to work flexible hours /shifts
