Roles and Responsibilities:

        Offering targeted technical engagements to solve business problems to the Gold Partners by identifying opportunities and delivering services proactively

        Organization / Delivery of services such as Technical Webcasts, Presentations, Skills Transfer, Architecture planning/guidance to partners on Microsoft Solutions

        Be a point of contact for all proactive technical engagements

Candidate Profile

        2 - 3 years of experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles 

        Current .Net (Asp.Net/VB.Net / C#.Net) technologies supported

        Experience on any of the MS BI tolls (SSAS/SSRS/SSIS) and on SQL server 2008

        Demonstrate passion for MS products and technologies

        Advanced technical problem solving skills

        Experience delivering technical presentations

Critical Exposure areas;

        Possess the ability to verbally explain MS Solutions in English to North American Customers/Partner with clarity and precision

        Possess ability to deliver MS solutions in writing via e-mail

        Proactively understanding customer/partner needs and deliver services that enable them to be successful

Reporting to: Team Manager

The position requires working in NIGHT SHIFTS and provides VOICE-BASED Consulting

 

 

 

Technical Support Engineer

Work Location               : Bangalore

Responsibilities

·         Respond to customer inquiries, primarily by telephone and e-mail

·         Resolve customer technical issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting

·         Work directly with other technical support staff, quality assurance, engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and administration to resolve problems

·         Document all technical inquiries, develop and review content for knowledge base

·         Help test alpha and beta products

Requirements

·         Experience in providing Linux/UNIX and Windows technical support to customers

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Strong in spoken and written English

·         Strong Linux or UNIX administration skills & familiarity with the installation and configuration of Linux or UNIX operating systems & setup and operation of TCP/IP networking on Linux or UNIX systems

·         Good practical working ability with UNIX utilities, including editors and command shells

·         Minimum of 6 years experience in software and hardware

·         B.S. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, or equivalent work experience

·         Working knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98, 95, and 3.1; MS-DOS), plus x86 platforms, devices, and networking

Highly Preferred Skills

·         Some experience with VMware Workstation and / or GSX Server

·         UNIX kernel diagnostics/debugging

·         Experience in administration of SAN environments

·         Technical Certifications (MCSE, CCNA, Linux Certifications etc.)

·         Ability to program and debug Perl administration scripts

·         Experience in working with development organizations in a new product introductions role

·         Experience with operation and administration of Windows NT or Windows 2000 systems

·         Experience in administration of complex SAN environment

·         Familiarity with HTML authoring and operation of UNIX-based Web servers

Account Manager

For one of the top IT client of a leading BPO based out of Gurgaon

Objectives         

  • To drive core revenue through existing/Lapsed customers
  • Recovering revenue through lapsed and due accounts
  • Monetizing accounts by adding products
  • To position partners and field sales engagement successfully with customer accounts as appropriate once an opportunity is qualified.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calling  for renewal accounts at T-45 to drive renewals
  • Responsible for calling  for lapsed  accounts at T-45 to drive recovery of revenue
  • Responsible for verifying and maintaining data in Siebel
  • Able to discuss solutions with a customer relating to a business requirement
  • High degree of knowledge of ERP/CRM  offerings, with a strong ability to communicate software solutions for the company
  • Able to solve problems with customers as a first escalation point
  • Must have demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with senior executives of the company, Demonstrate the ability to build and expand on new relationships.

Required Skill Set

·         Graduate and above. IT background will be preferred 2-3 years field/Tele/support experience in Hardware/software sales, including Solution selling like CRM/ERP.

·         Should have good/excellent communication skills.

·         Handling Lapsed and Renewal customers. Increasing the churn ratio.

·         Should have exposure to office excel and multitasking.

·         Anticipate and identify customer needs and dissatisfaction for proactive customer engagement.

·         Resolve complex issues that have resulted in customer dissatisfaction through negotiation while working within policies and procedures.

·         Maintaining a high volume of out bound contacts to meet weekly, Monthly and Quarterly targets.

·         Building relationships with customers to overcome churn and retention.

·         Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

Delivery Manager - Cards & Payments

For one of the Top IT Company based out of Chennai

Domain Experience

·         Must have worked on any major Credit card / Payment product for a large client.

·         Must have in depth knowledge of acquiring or issuance side of Cards Business.

·         Must be involved in building domain competencies and capabilities within organization.

·         Must have owned the RFP for a large client on Cards and Payments related work with minimum TCV of USD 5 Million.

·         Should be able to guide / Challenge the team on functional requirement / response.

·         Should have been involved in end to end delivery of Cards and Payments for last 5 years.

Delivery

·         Should have experience in Understanding and Owning SLAs and penalties for Cards and Payments Accounts.

·         Should be able to Identifies and assembles appropriately skilled resources to meet project/program needs and requirements, including sub-contractor selection

·         Should have experience in Proactively assessing account/program level risks on a continuous basis and implements contingency measures

·         Should have experience in Overseeing project/Program requirements, scope and change management issues and ensures issues are proactively surfaced and resolved
